Participants will hear real-world examples of how effective (and ineffective) listening affects employee and customer retention, employee health, and more. Practitioners will share insights on how to foster a culture of listening, and attendees will leave with practical strategies to embed listening into their own work environments.

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations will receive a refund less an administration fee based on the following dates (percentages are based on total amount paid for registration). 
Registrations can be transferred to another attendee for no additional fee. Confirmed registrants who fail to attend and do not cancel prior to the meeting will be charged the full fee. 
All cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@hero-health.org.
  • Cancellations received on or before August 15th incur a 15% fee.
  • Cancellations received after August 15th will incur a 50% fee.
  • No refunds after September 2nd.
