Instructions

Thank you for your interest in HERO's Individual-Solo Expert Member. To qualify for Individual Membership, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

1. Employment Status

I am self-employed, a solo practitioner, or an independent consultant.

I am not employed by or affiliated with an organization that currently holds a HERO organizational membership.

I am not employed by or affiliated with an organization that would be eligible for a HERO organizational membership.

- Corporation (small, midsize, large, jumbo)

- Employee Health & Well-being Provider

- Healthcare Plan/Provider/Insurer

- Benefits Consultant/Broker

- Association/Foundation/Non-Profit

- Government Agency

- University

2. Field of Practice

I work professionally in one or more of the following areas:

- Health promotion or public health

- Workplace well-being or employee wellness

- Organizational performance or human capital

- Behavioral health or mental well-being

- Other related fields advancing workforce health and well-being

3. Professional Independence

I operate independently and am not part of an institution, corporation, or organization that governs or directs my work.
